Responsibilities

  • Working with the business to lead product ideation in collaboration with end users, internal and external customers, sales, marketing, customer success, risk, legal and senior leadership.
  • Communicating progress, key decisions, compromises, and constraints to a wide range of partners. Rationalising key decisions, gaining consensus, and establishing relationships.
  • Communicating the product vision and requirements to the Scrum team as well and wider partners. Writing product requirements as well as epic and user stories when needed.
  • Prioritising the product backlog, making decisions around ‘releasability’, and steering the Scrum team on the direction of travel.
  • Being available to Scrum team members for detailed discussions when needed.
  • Leading the user journey and user acceptance testing.
  • Ensuring seamless and fabulous UX. Evaluating UX trade-offs to arrive at strategic decisions.
  • Leading design processes by partnering with designers and artists.
