Responsibilities

  • You will use your production management and operational experience to support new property launches and year-over-year sports property restarts.
  • You will assist and support the day-to-day operations of event logistics, production content, and business operations.
  • You will work closely with the Production Managers and Production Operations team to ensure the property lifecycles are on track.
  • You will learn and implement best practices and Amazon policies across projects to maintain effective workflows and delivery of projects, and maintain alignment across territories and department.
  • The Production Coordinator will provide support and assistance to the Operations team in the planning phases of all event production, and ensure production plans are executed at a high bar and within budget.
  • You will act as a liaison and interface and collaborate with colleagues, cross-functional teams, Production and Technical Vendors and help facilitate all aspects of event logistics.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are critical.
  • The successful candidate thinks strategically, can handle multiple tasks with tight deadlines in an ambiguous and highly pressurized environment.
