Responsibilities

  • Maintain and monitor project plans, schedules, budgets, and expenditures for projects & major events; including but not limited to fleet logistics and all pertinent to project coordination labor.
  • Provide framework the implementation teams will follow and ensure all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project/major event.
  • Assists Project & Events Sales team with managing and estimating budget and scope of projects and escalates anything that exceeds parameters.
  • Work closely and effectively with projects in the delivery of successful implementations from start to finish.
  • Establish and maintain procedures and processes in alignment with ISO 9001 and QMS standards as required
  • Responsible for the completion of related administration including POs, recharges & supplier invoices.
