  • Werden Sie Teil unseres Teams im Bereich kaufmännisches Property Management von Einzelhandelsimmobilien
  • Eigenständiges Management eines der von uns betreuten Shopping Center (direkte Objektzuteilung)
  • Schnittstelle zwischen Eigentümern, unserem Center Management Team vor Ort, Behörden, Mietern sowie internen und externen Dienstleistern
  • Ertrags- und Kostensteuerung der Objekte inklusive der Erstellung von Wirtschaftsplänen und Nebenkostenabrechnungen
  • Vertragsmanagement inkl. Stammdatenpflege
  • Internes und externes Reporting
