  • In this role, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence and efficiency across the Startups Segment. Your primary focus will be on:
  • Partner with business analytics counterparts to develop and maintain comprehensive reporting and dashboards to track key performance metrics, sales pipeline, and revenue
  • Leverage data-driven insights to identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies
  • Collaborate with teams across the Startups business to provide data-backed recommendations to inform strategic decision-making
  • Assist in management of the sales forecasting process, analyzing trends and variances to provide accurate and timely projections
  • Collaborate with Finance to ensure accurate revenue recognition and reporting
  • Identify and address any operational roadblocks impacting the sales team's ability to close deals and progress pipeline
  • Streamline and standardize sales operations processes to drive consistency and scalability
  • Implement tools and technologies to automate repetitive tasks and improve productivity
  • Document and socialize best practices to enable the broader team
