  • Support, mentor, and inspire fellow BMS Specialists, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Support the development and execute a comprehensive strategy for maintaining, improving, and expanding our global support services.
  • Design, implement and manage advanced BMS Standard Operating Procedures, Policies, specifications and processes which are scalable across the globe.
  • Maintain and optimise BMS technologies, IoT platforms, and data analytics of the BMS.
  • Monitor and maintain ticket/work order processes and queues while ensuring customer care and quality meet the high bar.
  • Monitor and analyse BMS data to proactively identify and action opportunities for optimization, energy efficiency, and cost savings.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients, ensuring a customer-centric approach.
  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations to management on BMS trends, improvements, issues, team skillsets, industry best practices, and emerging technologies.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring successful execution of BMS initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with WWRE, D&C, Sustainability, RME and other stakeholders to comprehend customer requirements, business objectives, and operational needs.
