Responsibilities

  • As a Senior Design Insight Analyst, you'll be responsible for embedding a data-driven approach to the design of change.
  • Leveraging the Group’s wealth of customer data to apply advanced behavioural analytics skills to identify, inform and quantify the impact of design driven change.
  • Someone who can support the design of customer centric change through the delivery of robust, high quality, actionable customer insights.
  • You’ll need to show a passion for the role data can play in driving evidence-based decision making, and an ability to translate data into practical analytics which creates impact and influences the direction of change.
  • Someone who is able to work collaboratively with colleagues from across a number of fields, balance technical and business narratives, and effectively prioritise their own resources.
