Responsibilities

  • Lead and design Nestle’s OD strategy, partnering with the Director, Learning and OD and Sr. Manager, Learning & Development to ensure strategic alignment with Nestle’s Leadership Strategy
  • Partner with key executive leaders to develop OD strategy, prioritizing interventions and activities based on business needs
  • Engage with Global L&D counterparts to ensure familiarity with global OD tools and solutions, embedding them into Nestle where relevant and providing best practices
  • Identify, design, and deliver small- and large-scale organizational development solutions or specific activities at the senior leader level that support building highly effective leaders, teams, and larger departments or divisions
  • Facilitate workshops and/or focus groups to inform design of OD interventions
  • Identify common themes and advise Learning and Leadership stakeholders to better inform organization-wide interventions and programs
  • Spearhead organization-wide lens, leading OD managers and partnering with learning counterparts to ensure a fully informed organizational picture of trends
  • Upskill HR and L&D counterparts on OD-related programs and approaches
  • Provide thought leadership and expertise in organization and systems development, OD levers to drive business performance, organization design, and change management by supporting these activities whenever possible
  • Provide consulting to strategic business units and / or functions as needed
  • Integrate best-in-class and relevant trends into practices and educate organization and global counterparts
  • Manage OD and learning programs, engaging 3rd party vendors when required
  • Develop and maintain project plans to develop, execute and sustain activities
  • Deliver interventions in a variety of formats, including: small and large scale, virtual and in-person
  • Assess and monitor effectiveness of activities and initiatives against identified metrics
