Requirements

  • High School Diploma required; some college preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience with HR programs, processes, and delivering HR technology solutions.
  • Recent working knowledge (within 2 years) of ADP and Workday.
  • Solid knowledge of HRIS, including hands-on experience with upgrades and implementations.
  • Advanced report writing and data analysis skills, including relational table knowledge, advanced Excel, ADP Report Writer, ADP Etime, and MS Access.
  • Experience with HTML and SQL is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Access Databases preferred.
  • Strong analytical and evaluation skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze system performance, data flow, and downstream system impacts.
  • Handle payroll taxes and garnishments, including audits, refunds, guidance, and inquiry research.
  • Ensure accurate and timely system processes in HRIS/Payroll, quickly resolving errors and identifying root causes.
  • Prepare and process payroll for regular and special cycles, auditing pre- and post-processing reports.
  • Gather and track HR technology requirements, analyze changes, and coordinate updates, approvals, and user notifications.
  • Support the development, testing, and rollout of integrations, interfaces, and upgrades to enhance the user experience.
  • Configure HR systems/tools to improve manual processes, streamline workflows, and support strategic initiatives.
  • Process incomplete data accurately by understanding workflows and applying missing information correctly.
