How much experience is required for this position?
The role requires 3-5 years of demonstrated success in working professionally with venue personnel, promoters, agents, and/or managers in the arena industry.
Is direct experience with arena operations necessary?
While not mandatory, direct experience with arena operations is considered a plus.
What skills are essential for the Alliance Manager position?
Essential skills include intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office proficiency, creative problem-solving abilities, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and strong interpersonal skills.
