  • Business Process Re-engineering/Improvement dei processi amministrativi ed economico gestionali
  • Project/Program management per il disegno e implementazione dei sistemi informativi e gestionali
  • raccolta e definizione dei requisiti e progettazione di specifiche funzionali complesse
  • progettazione di modelli e strumenti di reporting finalizzati alla rappresentazione dei risultati economici e finanziari
