  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams to align program activities with regional goals.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor program outcomes using established KPIs, providing regular updates and insights to leadership.
  • Local Engagement: Ensure that program initiatives reflect the unique needs and opportunities within your region.
  • Institutional visits to support live events, meet with PCA, and FA
  • Content and Feedback: Support ambassadors and advisors in creating impactful social media content, providing feedback to enhance their contributions.
  • Customer Insights: Gather and share feedback from faculty, ambassadors, and advisors to help improve Pearson’s products and services.
