Responsibilities

  • As a Douglas Park Trainee Sales Executive, you will be geared up for every aspect of the customer experience, from the first hello to handing over the keys you will support the customer's purchase journey as you build long-lasting relationships with your customers.
  • As a Trainee BMW Sales Executive you will be looking after New and Used Sales, you will use your Customer Service expertise to guide our customers through the sales process, offering in-depth knowledge of our products including finance, insurance and accessories.
  • We wouldn't be anywhere without our customers, so it’s important that you provide excellent customer satisfaction with every interaction whilst utilising all digital tools available.
  • We pride ourselves on our ability to offer exquisite levels of service by providing knowledgeable, courteous, responsive, and efficient service.
  • Your First 3 to 6 Months Will Be Filled With:
  • Shadowing our experienced Sales Executives and Product Genius team to learn the complete sales process
  • Working closely with the General Sales Manager, Used Car Manager & Business Manager to develop your skills and knowledge
  • Utilise a wide array of digital and traditional tools to maximise every customer contact and sales lead
  • Being a confident and proactive member of our close-knit team
