Responsibilities

  • Develops and executes global key account strategy (short-/mid and long term) aligned with the SBU business strategy. Allocates, directs and collaborates with internal resources to execute account strategy.
  • Leads, coaches and develops the global and regional Key Account team to create a high performing sales culture.
  • Delivers sales project pipeline and optimizes sales mix to achieve/overachieve sales targets.
  • Analyzes financial KPIs and proactively steers financial performance of key account business including defining account-specific pricing actions and leading global/regional negotiations.
  • Manages and updates a joint innovation roadmap with customers and develops unique business model to drive growth, customer approvals and pushes upstream solution selling.
  • Establishes and shares customer intelligence with stakeholders.
  • Develops sustainable strong executive and cross-functional relationships.
  • Ensures correct manufacturing footprint and CAPEX investments are made to support focus segment growth.
