Responsibilities

  • Handling Inbound Sales and Customer Service Calls: Manage inbound calls efficiently, addressing customer inquiries, providing product information, and resolving any issues while maintaining high standards of customer service.
  • Compliance with Legal Standards: Stay informed about and adhere to Federal and State legal requirements and standards to ensure compliance in all interactions.
  • Effective Communication: Utilize strong oral and written communication skills to interact clearly and professionally with customers.
  • Organizational Skills: Apply good organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and maintain accurate records.
