JOB DESCRIPTION: 
The business process analyst plays a key role on the global Business Process Transformation (BPT) team within the alterDomus&rsquo; COO organization. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual to join in a dynamic and fast-growing area of Alterdomus, looking to implement new and innovative solutions to serve our client needs. The business process analyst will work with internal and external stakeholders to review existing business processes, define and implement new solutions that achieve business and client objectives. 
Preferred background:<ul><li>
Has a background in alternative investment fund administration either working for an investment manager or an administrator in an operations capacity or working for a consulting firm focused on the alternative investment segment.
</li><li>Experience working on business process transformation projects including reviewing and documenting current state processes.</li><li>

Required Qualification, Capabilities and skillsets:<ul><li>

</li><li>Experience of 3 &ndash; 10 years or more, with a deep background in financial services either working for an alternative investment manager, fund administrator or consultant. Strong experience within alternative investment segments of private equity, private debt/credit and real estate.</li><li>
Experience with Agile software development, traditional project management and Six Sigma methodologies and techniques.</li><li>
Successful results leading large or sophisticated business and process transformation projects from initiation through implementation.</li><li>
Data modeling and design understanding, including conceptual and logical modeling.</li><li>
Effective interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, including experience translating business and technical concepts decision with diverse audiences.</li><li>

The business process analyst plays a key role on the global Business Process Transformation (BPT) team within the alterDomus’ COO organization. Organization Design Senior Manager

You should have a bachelor's degree, Excel and Power BI experience, strong data analysis skills, effective communication, sales orientation, adaptability, and attention to detail. Salesforce familiarity is a plus.

You will analyze data for lead generation, provide insights on performance, develop frameworks for trend identification, support forecasting, and suggest Salesforce improvements for data accuracy.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:</h2><ul><li>
Pre-Sales activities through the Analysis of various data sets to determine Lead Generation and White Space Analysis to be shared with the Commercial team</li><li>
Collate and analyze business data, and provide insights into the organization's performance</li><li>
Work on various Commercial reports prepared for the Commercial Leadership and beyond</li><li>
Develop and establish frameworks to improve data collection and analysis to identify trends
</li><li>Direct inputs in forecasting, target planning and analysis, setting and tracking of KPIs</li><li>
Consolidation and reporting of data for external reporting purposes</li><li>
Suggest Salesforce improvements and automations to further improve data quality and adoption of CRM;</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader">

YOUR PROFILE:</h2><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree, preferably in Business Administration or Statistics;</li><li>
Expanded experience with Microsoft Excel, Power BI and possibly even Salesforce Analytics</li><li>
Experience with working with large datasets and being able to structure and analyse complex and large data sets coming from different sources</li><li>
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to foster positive interaction with internal parties;</li><li>
Sales oriented thought process and skills;</li><li>
Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced working environment;</li><li>
Familiarity with MS Office programs;</li><li>
Experience with Salesforce;</li><li>
Excellent attention to detail; and</li><li>
Ability to work both independently and as a member of a team.</li></ul>
