We are committed to growing your career, so in this role you will:

Learn the fundamentals of underwriting by assisting in the creation of initial deal sizing, conducting cash flow analysis, and drafting deal narratives.
Support the review of third-party reports and contribute to marketing initiatives.
Build strong working relationships with the underwriting team to understand their needs and gain insights into the world of Commercial Finance.
Assist in the research, writing, and proofing of underwriting materials, presentations, analyses, reports, and loan or property documents.
Help maintain and utilize databases that track relevant real estate metrics.
Communicate directly with mortgage bankers, borrowers, and clients to provide information and answer questions as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned to support the underwriting team.


We are passionate about your growth, so to achieve success in this role you should have:
 Current student pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree
 Desire to learn and advance in the Commercial Real Estate sector
 Initiative and drive to search for ways to contribute and grow
 Basic technology skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office software including Excel and Word
