Facilities Maintenance Officer

Governance and Training Manager - London Ambulance Service NHS Trust

London Ambulance Service (LAS) have an exciting opportunity for an experienced leader/trainer who is passionate about training and proactive about improving out of hospital cardiac arrest outcomes (OHCA). The Governance and Training Manager will need to be an experienced, motivated and passionate clinical trainer with the ability to lead all of the LAS Volunteers and Community Resuscitation Trainers across all aspects of the FRDs commitments.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;You will be responsible for the development, management and delivery of all training provide by the First Responder Department, ensuring the efficiency of all regulated and non regulated awards. You will be responsible for monitoring, reviewing and improving all training materials and courses and ensuring compliance with all regulating bodies. Provide clear, effective day to day management within the First Responder department, including supporting and mentoring staff and volunteers. You will be actively involved in promoting clinical best practice for staff and volunteers in London with particular focus on improving OHCA survival. You will lead on projects and schemes of work and be accountable for the cost effective and timely delivery of these. You will be responsible for continuing the work on the LAS strategy with particular focus on mission 3 : Our London, Proactive at making London healthier.
