  • You will be responsible and managing a caseload of various tasks and your role will be varied ranging from coordinating the Trusts responses to requests under the Freedom of Information Act, and processing Subject Access Requests / Disclosures for patients, staff, and members of the public in relation to their personal data (redacting where needed) to investigating Data Breaches to help the Trust learn and evolve.
  • The role goes beyond and the ability to facilitate and review assessments of data privacy, data sharing or processing agreements and provide advice and guidance on breaches of data will all organically grow as you undertake the apprenticeship and training.
