What is the duration of the Global Finance Rotational Program?
The program lasts for 20 months and includes international virtual rotations.
What areas will participants rotate through during the program?
Participants will rotate through different areas including the Commercial Organization, Global Finance Shared Services Organization, Corporate Functions, and the COO Organization.
What qualifications are required to apply for this program?
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business administration, accounting, or another finance focus is required, along with some working experience, such as an internship in a finance department.

Yes, excellent communication skills in English are essential, and additional language skills are considered an advantage.

Participants will receive on-the-job training, various workshops, formal learning and development opportunities, and support from experienced high-level managers and colleagues.
