What is the application deadline for the GPU Internships?
Applications are expected to close by 13th October 2024.
When will initial interviews take place?
Initial Interviews will take place across the week commencing 21st October and the week commencing 28th October 2024.
Where are the internship locations?
These roles will be based in London, St Albans, or Cambridge, and you will have the opportunity to express your location preferences if selected for the interview.
What degree programs are required for applicants?
Applicants should be currently pursuing a BS, MS, or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical and Computer Engineering, or a related field.
Do applicants need to continue their education after the internship?
Yes, at the end of the internship, you must return to school to continue your education or the internship must be the last requirement for you to graduate.
What programming skills are required for the internships?
Strong coding skills in C or C++ are required, as well as knowledge of scripting languages such as Perl, Python, or Ruby.
What hardware description languages should applicants be familiar with?
Familiarity with SystemVerilog, Verilog, or VHDL is required for applicants.
What are the key responsibilities for the RTL Design internship?
RTL Design interns will assist in delivering high-quality IP to meet performance, feature, timing, area, and power goals while collaborating with Design Engineers and other teams.
What will Physical Design interns work on?
Physical Design interns will work on the physical design of new Apple products, including tasks like floorplanning, placement, routing, and automation of flows.
What are the preferred qualifications for applicants?
Preferred qualifications include strong interpersonal and analytical skills, and the ability to work well within a team and be productive under tight schedules.
