Responsibilities

  • Project Planning and Execution: Assist in developing a detailed project plan, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation, to ensure effective execution of the Employee Development initiative.
  • Research and Analysis: Conduct research on best practices in employee development and analyze current organizational needs to inform program design and implementation.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with various HR Centers of Excellence departments and key stakeholders to gather input, foster buy-in, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Program Design and Development: Help design training modules, workshops, and resources aimed at enhancing employee skills and career growth, incorporating feedback from stakeholders.
  • Monitoring and Evaluation: Establish metrics for success and assist in tracking the progress of the project, ensuring continuous improvement through feedback and evaluations.
  • Reporting and Presentation: Prepare reports and presentations on project outcomes and recommendations for leadership, showcasing the impact of the Employee Development work stream on overall organizational performance.
