Responsibilities

  • Interactive Reporting:
  • Assist with hard copy reporting during ADWR’s reporting season.
  • Support in sending reminder letters to right holders about their annual reporting requirements.
  • Encourage and guide water users to utilize the online reporting platforms, especially ADWR’s Online Annual Reporting Tool
  • Data Management & Public Records:
  • Help in enhancing the availability of public records on the ADWR website.
  • Assist with well queries, pumpage queries, imaged records, and the utilization of interactive mapping tools.
  • Support ADWR’s initiative to expand the scope of the annual reporting tool by adding more water rights and authorities.
  • Community Engagement and User Support:
  • Engage with water users to provide them with access to their own information on the ADWR platform.
  • Aid in educating users on how they can leverage ADWR tools and information to better manage their water portfolio and ensure compliance with regulations.
