Requirements

Interest in Real Estate
Available to work from mid-May to mid-August (approx. 12 weeks) from 9:00 am-5:30 pm, Monday through Friday
Ability to present findings to senior leadership
Able to maintain strict confidentiality
Detail oriented, organized, and motivated
Effective written and oral communication skills
Excellent customer service and collaboration skills
Objective thinking skills
Have an aptitude for learning and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of people and develop strong relationships throughout Berkshire
Ability to prioritize based in opportunity and effectively multitask
Open and comfortable with feedback
Technical/ Educational Requirements:
Current student pursuing a Bachelor’s degree preferably with a focus in Marketing with an anticipated graduation date of 2024 or 2025
Experienced with Microsoft suite of products with an emphasis on Excel, Social Media, and digital design.

Responsibilities

Under the general direction of the VP, National Marketing Operations, the Marketing intern will assist with multi-family marketing, brand management, social media campaigns, and marketing analytics strategy.
At the end of the summer, the intern will prepare and deliver a presentation to Berkshire’s Senior Leadership Team summarizing a project or key task they have been working on at Berkshire, the insights they gained through their internship experience, and any recommended process enhancements.
