  • To Apply For An Apprenticeship, You Must:

  • Entry Requirements: GCSE English and Maths (or equivalent) at Grade C or above.
  • You can undertake an apprenticeship at the same level as (or lower than) a qualification you already hold. If you already hold a higher level qualification in a HR related subject, you may not be eligible for this apprenticeship.
  • Possessing strong interpersonal skills, being self-motivated, and having a working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications are essential. Additionally, attending RAF Wyton for a minimum 60% of the working week is required.
  • Have a high level of integrity, tact, and diplomacy. Be able to identify innovative solutions to risks and issues and influence change.
  • Successful candidates must undergo a criminal record check.
  • Successful candidates must meet the security requirements before they can be appointed. The level of security needed is security check.
  • People working with government assets must complete baseline personnel security standard checks.
