Responsibilities

  • Work collaboratively with Medical Affairs staff to support ongoing projects
  • Work with stakeholders to identify and understand training needs and evaluate appropriate learning modalities to meet those needs
  • Participate in learning metrics, after action reviews, and process improvement as it pertains to learning curricula continuous development
  • Assist with activities associated with ongoing training to meet group business and strategy needs related to data releases, launch, and line extension timelines
  • Participate in ongoing team projects, team meetings, and business planning activities
  • Facilitate onboarding, learning, and workshops both virtually and in-person
  • Be exposed to various other functions within the larger Medical Affairs/Commercial organizations (Immunology/Oncology)
