  • Currently possesses, or will have obtained a bachelor’s or master's degree in Engineering (electrical, engineering technology, engineering management, applied engineering) or Business (economics, supply chain management, international management) with a graduation date no later than August 2025
  • Work or internship experience is a plus (up to 3 years of experience)

Responsibilities

  • Program duration: Three years
  • Rotations: Three unique twelve-month assignments. Two assignments will be within operations management within manufacturing or supply chain teams. One assignment will be in commercial, helping you to gain experience in the sales organization.
  • Operations functions: lean/continuous improvement, quality, project management, supply chain management, project management, logistics – depending on the country and business unit you will focus on.
  • Commercial functions: digital channel marketing, business intelligence, technical support, quotation engineering, application engineering, product management, strategic sales – depending on the country and business unit you will focus on.
  • Locations: Two different countries in the EMEA region
  • Career path: Preparation for future leadership roles (e.g. Plant Manager, Supply Chain Director)
