What is the duration of the Operations Early Talent Leadership Development Program?
The program lasts for three years.

You will complete three unique twelve-month assignments.

You will have two assignments within operations management (manufacturing or supply chain) and one assignment in a commercial role.
Where will the program's main base locations be?
The main base locations for the roles are Hungary, Germany, Austria, Italy, Poland, and Turkey.
What kind of qualifications do I need to apply for the program?
You should have, or will obtain, a bachelor’s or master's degree in Engineering or Business with a graduation date no later than August 2025.
Is internship experience considered valuable for this program?
Yes, work or internship experience of up to three years is considered a plus.
What skills are important for candidates applying to this program?
Effective communication, proactivity, curiosity, ability to learn fast, and a desire to build a leadership career in a multinational company are important skills.
Will relocation be required during the program?
Yes, flexibility to relocate within the EMEA region during the program is required.
Are there any training sessions included in the program?
Yes, participants will attend 20 training sessions focused on developing key skills such as critical thinking, emotional intelligence, career management, and self-presentation.
When does the recruitment for the next intake start?
Recruitment for the next intake starts in February 2025.

If you pre-register for the program, you will be notified via email once recruitment opens.
What is the focus of the commercial functions during the program?
The commercial functions may include digital channel marketing, business intelligence, technical support, quotation engineering, application engineering, product management, and strategic sales, depending on the country and business unit.

Yes, the program includes annual Early Talent Conferences and other events to expand your network with senior leaders and fellow participants.
