Requirements

  • Minimum Technical Skills:
  • Programming Languages: Proficiency in Python is essential; familiarity with JavaScript and front-end development is a plus (e.g. frameworks such as React, Tailwind). Experience in other programming languages is fine, but the ability to pivot to Python is expected.
  • AI & Machine Learning: Experience with open-source machine learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, Hugging Face, PydanticAI, OpenAI Swarm) and extensive use of large language models (Gemini, OpenAI, Llama, DeepSeek).
  • Data Science: Understanding of data manipulation techniques and data visualization tools (e.g. Pandas, Matplotlib/Seaborn).
  • Other Skills and Traits:
  • Pragmatism in developing clean code and working solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and practical application of AI techniques.

  • Eligibility: Must be currently enrolled, or recently graduated (start date must be within 6 months of graduation date) from a coding academy/bootcamp, apprenticeship, associate, bachelor’s, master’s or JD/PhD program.
