Responsibilities

  • Contribute to project planning activities
  • Manage the execution of small scale, low risk project tasks according to assignments from PMO leadership team
  • Build skill set to evaluate project related situations accurately and identify viable solutions that create successful outcomes
  • Establish relationships with project stakeholders
  • Identify and analyze project risks, establish contingency/response plans, identify trigger events and identify mitigating actions
  • Identify what constitutes successful completion for tasks and project milestones
  • Create learning materials such as presentations, eLearning modules, videos, interactive exercises, and assessments aligned with learning objectives
  • Work closely with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance of course content
  • Conduct pilot testing of learning materials and making necessary adjustments based on feedback
  • Providing training and support to instructors on delivering the developed learning materials
  • Deliver training as needed
