Responsibilities

  • Support Client Delivery: Assist in one or more NS2 Cloud PCE engagements, working alongside Client Delivery Managers/Directors.
  • Customer Success: Represent NS2 and support customers during Customer Success engagements to ensure project success.
  • Project Management: Help manage project scope, schedule, and delivery from sales handoff through post-cutover hyper-care support, as per the contract.
  • Contract Understanding: Understand and manage contract details to ensure in-scope requirements are met.
  • Technical and Functional Support: Assist with all applicable technical and functional aspects of engagements.
  • Meeting Support: Participate in customer on-boarding kickoff meetings, validate project scope, and assist with other customer-facing discussions, both virtual and in-person.
  • System On-boarding: On-board customers into the NS2 ticketing system to streamline support processes.
  • Documentation & Management: Document and manage decisions, actions, and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Risk Management: Identify, document, and mitigate risks to ensure project success.
  • Process Coordination: Facilitate processes such as Build Sheet Management, Change Management, Escalation Management, project status reporting, and internal reviews as required by NS2 Leadership.
  • Incident Tracking: Monitor, track, and report on incidents, service requests, and ticket aging to ensure timely resolution.
