Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with US Immunology Medical Affairs Strategy and Ops team under the direction and mentorship of a team lead to support Engagement activities at congresses
  • Assist in developing content for medical booth, medical symposiums and other engagement activities
  • Lead efforts to create material to make us more competitive in the field with regards to scientific messaging and content
  • Collaborate with external agencies/vendors, USMAF team members, and global medical affairs to facilitate stakeholder engagements
  • Support maintenance for tracker of agency contracts & budgets related to congress & booth support, including budget reconciliations as required (Budget Management)
  • Attend copy approval committee and support scientific content development, management, and review
  • Provide on-site support for applicable congresses
  • Gain exposure to diverse functions within the broader Medical Affairs and Commercial organizations while developing collaboration and leadership skills through department initiatives
