  • We are looking for a passionate advocate for people, to come and support our people team here in east london across a range of varied projects this summer.
  • Partnering with our payroll, HR, talent and office management teams you will be immersed into the world of Allsaints People and Culture, being hands-on with our strategic projects such as our new HR system implementation, our new comms platform integration and much more. If you are interested in exploring your skill set in a meaningful way, harnessing the power of partnerships whilst thinking with agility and creativity then this role is for you.

Area of Responsibilities

People, HR & Administration


  • Work with our people and culture director and leadership team to support with key people projects and activity streams
  • Project support with our internal HR system project - testing our new system and providing insight into the employee experience
  • Refresh all imagery online n our documentation and HR website, making sure its user friendly and looking on Brand (policies, training guides)
  • Working on Haillo our comms platform syncing with our training system (bookwhen) and maintaining a consistent coordination of our events/training uploads
  • General HR documentation filing / scanning and organising - ensuring we are 100% sustainable and paperfree!
  • Supporting our talent team with summer recruitment attraction campaigns and talent events
  • Coordination of our cultural communities - social / new starter events, helping to make them a success at every occasion
  • Working with our talent partner to build a HR pipeline of candidates, creating a pool of individuals who would be a great fit for our brand next time a role becomes available
  • Adhoc support with any general HR administration
