Responsibilities

  • Facilitate the smooth operation of the 0-5 and Single Point of Access (SPA) Teams by managing key administrative tasks such as appointment booking, maintaining team planners, and supporting safeguarding processes
  • Process daily operational reports, including birth and antenatal lists, demographic changes, and A&E reports, to ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems such as RIO and EPR
  • Act as the first point of contact for enquiries, ensuring effective communication with internal teams and external partners, including social services, GP practices, and early years settings
  • Compile and distribute safeguarding files, ensure the accuracy of sensitive information, and liaise with relevant stakeholders to support the continuity of care
  • Deliver training to team members to foster a culture of learning and continuous improvement within the service
