Responsibilities

  • You will drive the implementation of MOD and Army Security Policy, conducting Protective Security Audits (PSAs) providing ad hoc advice and mentorship for all Reserve Forces' and Cadets' Associations (RFCA) establishments within Area of Responsibility when requested, and raising issues as required
  • You will lead the compliance regime and governance framework for all areas of security, reporting on non-compliance/non-conformance for all Reserve Forces' and Cadets' Associations establishments within Area of Responsibility
  • Deliver briefings on an adhoc basis and support the development of tailored Reserve Forces' and Cadets' Security training
  • Provide guidance on compliance with the latest MOD/Army policies for all Reserve Forces' and Cadets' Associations (RFCA) establishments within Area of Responsibility
  • Manage the demand for Protective Security Audits (PSAs) for all Reserve Forces' and Cadets' Associations (RFCA) establishments within Area of Responsibility
  • Undertake other duties as appropriate to the grade and role as advised by the Line Manager
