  • As an Associate HR Business Partner supporting Stryker’s Joint Replacement division, you will play a key role in driving talent strategies and fostering an engaging, high-performing work environment.
  • In this role, you will partner closely with managers to support employee relations, retention, and business processes, ensuring a consistent and impactful HR experience.
  • With a deep understanding of HR functions, you will help execute engagement initiatives and align HR strategies to business goals, directly contributing to the success of the Joint Replacement team.
  • You will apply policies and procedures across organization; assist in the interpretation and administration of company policies and guidelines and will advise and counsel others in equitable application.
  • In this role you will build strong partnerships with managers to ensure HR resources are effectively provided to each group.
  • Provide guidance on HR matters, partnering with subject-matter experts to develop needed solutions.
  • You will use knowledge of business and HR metrics to facilitate business decisions.
  • Partner with managers and HR to implement business solutions, utilizing HR expertise and perspective; support managers on HR projects.
  • You will coach managers on HR and business-related issues.
  • Execute programs, policies, and procedures to drive an engaged and performing organizational culture.
  • You will analyze and present data to managers and recommend solutions that support the culture and the defined HR strategy.
  • Analyze root causes of work environment issues; manage interventions and solutions in collaboration and cooperation with key stakeholders.
