Responsibilities

  • As a Business Analyst I on the Client & Colleague Engagement team within Business Operations & Enablement, you will be responsible for supporting some of the team's key bodies of work. This includes:
  • Assisting in cascading key divisional messaging to ensure clear and consistent communication across the organization.
  • Supporting the planning and execution of client meetings to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Contributing to thought leadership initiatives, such as white papers and blogs, to showcase the division's expertise and insights.
  • Helping to recognize and share colleague success stories to foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Supporting the planning and execution of executive cadences to ensure effective communication and collaboration among leadership.
  • Assisting in operationalizing key processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Utilizing Microsoft programs to organize, analyze, and present data in a clear and concise manner to support planning, decision-making, and reporting.
  • Supporting the PMO structure and software to ensure successful project delivery.
  • In this role, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with team members and key stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and deliver value to the organization.
