Responsibilities

  • - Provide operational management and delivery to the Gloucestershire Health and Wellbeing College
  • - Ensure effective and efficient day to day management of the service
  • - Lead on business developments to ensure future progression and growth of the service
  • - Have overall responsibility for the operational delivery and coordination of the service
  • - Involve supervision of others
  • - Deputise in the absence of the college manager / clinician
  • - Work with clinical systems to assist in developing business intelligence
  • - Support service improvements and the provision of data quality reports
  • - Develop and embed new systems and pathways to support the operational management of the service
  • - Support the college with new and ongoing projects to ensure future growth and development
  • - Work collaboratively with Clinical Systems and Business Intelligence to embed efficient processes for obtaining relevant data
  • - Organise and coordinate the operational delivery of the college
  • - Oversee the business and administration of the service
  • - Ensure that courses run effectively and that participants gain a positive experience of using the service
  • - Work closely with other teams and services within the trust, including the Communications Team, to promote the service and courses available
