  • Practical experience in building and operating Salesforce Sales Cloud and Revenue Cloud solutions
  • IT affinity and comprehensive knowledge of Software as a Service, databases, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
  • Strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and teamwork
  • Relevant certifications are advantageous
  • Strong communication skills in English (C1)

Responsibilities

  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into a technical solution.
  • Design and implement sales cloud and CPQ-supported business processes.
  • Extract complex business processes from lead generation to contract closure.
  • Independently implement configurations and collaborate closely with Salesforce developers.
  • Advise clients on technical and technological matters related to Salesforce and related topics such as mobile apps, document generation, etc.
  • Present project results and be responsible for the technical implementation of configuration tasks.
  • Support test and change management activities.
  • Look forward to expanding your knowledge through continuous training and certifications.
