The primary responsibility of the Convenience Sales Representative is to manage an estimated 300-store territory to ensure flawless execution of business KPIs, focusing on expanding distribution, executing shelving principles, activating promotions, and delivering revenue growth.
What is the time allocation for this position?
This is an in-market, field position with 90% of the time dedicated to in-store selling and 10% to drive time.
What qualifications are required for this position?
Applicants must be at least 18 years of age, possess a valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance, and have access to the internet. A High School Diploma or GED is required; a college degree is preferred. Previous grocery, retail, sales, and/or customer service experience is also preferred.
