The primary purpose of the Counter Sales/Dispatcher position is to handle all incoming phone calls, provide excellent service to walk-in customers, and efficiently dispatch hot-shot requests to meet the needs of our dealers.
What qualifications are needed for this role?
The role requires experience with a busy, multi-line phone system, basic computer skills, cash handling experience, good geographical knowledge, strong communication and customer service skills, and the ability to multi-task. Previous experience in telephone and dispatch operations is a plus.

What is the work environment like for this position?
