  • Manage hot-shot deliveries in a manner that will deliver the best and most efficient service possible.
  • Serve all walk-in customers by providing each and every customer with courteous service and information to satisfy their battery need(s).

  • Follow-up with largest customers weekly to ensure customer satisfaction and battery supply is adequate.
