Responsibilities

  • Responsible for data mining, dashboard creation, and reporting, including identifying and analyzing trends
  • Assist in preparing budget and reporting templates for weekly, monthly, quarterly reporting needs
  • Work with Operations team to understand root cause of trends and assist with developing operational improvements or efficiencies were needed
  • Utilize data insights to help drive predictive operational behavior
  • Work to maximize existing SmartSheet & Power BI dashboards and understand the needs of the team in future dashboard development
  • Assist with and access user needs, serving as a technical advisor, and coordinating system and user support for the systems, networks, and applications located at the establishment
  • Troubleshoots problems related to systems and data sets, including troubleshooting problems with software, configuration, connectivity, etc.
  • Maintains and support databases, including inputting and correcting data, determining formats, researching data conversions, establishing data specifications, configuration/integration, updating sources and ensuring data integrity
  • Act as a technical resource in assisting users to resolve problems with specialized and dedicated technology systems; implements solutions or notifies outsource providers as required
