  • Collaborate closely with designers, bid managers, and stakeholders across EMEA to deliver bespoke, visually engaging projects that often feel like mini-brand campaigns.
  • Engage early in the creative process by developing conceptual ideas and unique themes that make our pitches stand out from the crowd, while working closely with the Head of UK & EMEA Bid Design.
  • Manage your own projects, balancing creativity with deadlines, ensuring timely delivery of visually striking collateral across multiple stages of development.
  • Foster creative exchange within our global design team, joining weekly brainstorming sessions that fuel innovation and encourage team building.
