Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the rest of the management team to support the daily running of the store.
  • Responsible for at least one department within the store, including stock ordering and merchandising.
  • Lead a team of managers to maximise sales by establishing goals and objectives.
  • Provide a superior level of customer service.

  • In the absence of senior management, you will oversee the store for the shift.
