Responsibilities

  • Provide support to the Head of Estates Operations overseeing work in properties all over North Highland.
  • React and think quickly on how to deal with breakdowns within the NHSH estate.
  • Manage small scale projects.
  • Efficiently arrange for contractors or in house trades teams to carry out maintenance work safely.
  • Prioritise work on a daily basis to contribute to the provision of excellent patient care.
  • Manage and motivate a large team.
  • Deliver services effectively and efficiently, which can be at times out with normal working hours.
  • Participate in the 1:6 on-call rota.
