Responsibilities

  • User Support: Guide and assist colleagues in using various applications.
  • Application Manager: Oversee the functional management of applications and configure reports.
  • Incident Management: Address incidents promptly, ensuring thorough follow-up and clear communication.
  • Resource Optimization: Develop and enhance supporting material, such as Q&A documents, Viva Engage content, and instructional videos.
  • Continuous Improvement: Initiate and drive improvements in applications and data quality.
  • Feature Management: Maintain a backlog of features and align priorities with stakeholders.
  • Problem Solving: Translate inquiries from users into practical features and solutions.
  • Global Implementation: Support the further worldwide implementation of BrightFlag.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with external IT-suppliers, ING TECH and ING colleagues globally.
  • Mailbox Management: Manage the shared mailbox, ensuring timely and organized responses.
