Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain executive relationships with customers as the AI Subject Matter Expert together with the team, and influence long-term strategic direction for new and existing customers.
  • Work cross-functionally with Google Cloud Field Sales Representatives (FSR), Customer Engineer (CE) teams, and Field Solution Architects (FSA) to ensure AI adoption, customer satisfaction and business growth.
  • Execute Go-To-Market (GTM) business strategy and related efforts with the Google Cloud teams and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) Partners.
  • Support the team to assist customers in identifying AI use cases suitable for Google Cloud AI products and solutions, ensure progression and a path to production. Articulate key solution differentiators and the measurable business impact.
  • Coach the team to identify, advance, and achieve opportunities and AI bookings, manage business.
