What roles and responsibilities will I have as a Senior Health Care Assistant?
As a Senior Health Care Assistant, you will support the Registered Clinical Staff in providing high-quality individualized care, manage your own clinical workload, and perform various tasks such as wound management, patient observations, and assisting with clinical investigations.
Is prior experience required for this position?
While experience in a healthcare environment is preferred, it is not strictly required. Full training will be provided, and experience with System 1 would be an advantage.
