What is the role of a Healthcare Support Worker at Aldeburgh Community Hospital?

What qualifications or experience do I need to apply for this position?
For Band 2, a minimum of 12 months care experience is required, while Band 3 requires a minimum of 6 months NHS experience and completion of the NHS Care Certificate. However, all candidates will be considered, and training and support will be provided.
What shifts will I be required to work?
Candidates must be flexible to work a variety of shifts including long days, nights, and weekends.
