Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Lead or participate in the design, development, and delivery of effective HR projects requiring HR systems configuration at the department and/or corporate level. Partner with internal business partners and/or external vendors to ensure that projects are executed through a high-quality process. Ensure and advocate for the use of best practices and high-quality standards around requirement management, system configuration, user acceptance testing and documentation, communication, training, and implementation.
  • Provide maintenance and security administration of Workday and other HR systems. Develop expert level of knowledge regarding system architecture and current state configuration. Evaluate and analyze requests involving changes to existing HR systems to accommodate short and long-term business needs. Develop and conduct integrated systems testing, documentation and analysis of results. Collaborate with technical experts and/or application vendors to find and implement effective HRIS solutions.
  • Respond to HR staff inquiries about HRIS issues. Analyze, and develop solutions that meet the customer's needs in a manner that is appropriate, reproduceable, efficient and within HRIS standards and guidelines.
  • Collaborate with other system user groups including IT, Finance, Payroll, and functional areas within HR to develop and maintain consistent methodologies, governance models, standards, and best practices for administration of systems and processes. Actively participate in discussions about proposed changes. Develop and maintain relationships with internal business partners to ensure that stakeholders remain well-informed about upcoming changes and potential impacts. Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors. Create custom reports using the most appropriate reporting tools to effectively extract information to meet specific business needs. Evaluate incoming requests for the most effective approach based on customer requirements and provide business analysis of results when necessary. Develop and maintain documentation of assigned system functions, train and provide ongoing support for HR and affected business users.
