Responsibilities

  • HRIS Owner of identified Workday modules. Meets with People & Culture function leaders and teams utilizing module functionality regularly to continuously automate and improve capabilities.
  • Manage HRIS owned projects end to end (Design/Plan/Testing/Delivery) to ensure successful user experiences. Participate as active team member for larger Company projects which may or may not be People & Culture team led.
  • Be a subject matter expert for Workday, monitoring new and future functionality.
  • Challenge the status quo, collaborating to encourage continuous improvement.
  • Educate employees of system/data standards and best practices.
  • Identify and solve problems – working with internal teams and vendor as appropriate.
  • Work within the HRIS team to create, promote, and lead the execution of quality standards, peer review, and documentation.
  • Deliver reports for modules using the appropriate tool for the business need and audience (i.e. Advanced Report, Matrix, Prism, Discovery Board, etc.)
  • Offer insights and recommendations for improvement opportunities.
  • Help lead change management for major functionality updates.
  • Advise and inform requestors about prioritization of requests through established clear communication.
  • Be innovative.
  • Perform other work-related duties as assigned.
